Approvals Received for Start of Revamped Parking Lot at Our Lady of Fatima Villa

It has been a long process involving arborists, engineers, planners, and City of Saratoga permits...but all approvals have been received.  We are proud to announce that work on our redesigned parking lot will begin in the July 2016 time frame.  The new design will add eleven new parking spaces...good news to our residents and visitors.  We anticipate that construction on the project will take roughly 6 weeks and should be completed by the end of summer.

Stormy Weather? No problem for Staff and Residents of Our Lady of Fatima Villa

February 17th delivered a whopper of a storm to the greater San Jose area...including Saratoga.  High winds and rain knocked power out for much of the area.  Not a problem for the staff and residents of Our Lady of Fatima Villa.  Emergency generators and a "can-do" attitude meant that meals and compassionate care continued as regularly as possible!  Hats off to our terrific staff!

We're Having a Baby -- or rather one of our's is having a baby!

When we say we feel like a family here at Our Lady of Fatima Villa -- we mean it!  So, when one of our's is having a baby -- we all feel like we are part of the celebration!  Our Rehab guru -- Niha is expecting soon.  So, it was only fitting that we throw a baby shower for her.  Good food, lovely gifts and good fellowship showed Niha and her little one that we send heartfelt congratulations!

It was a full house for the Senior Roundtable at Our Lady of Fatima Villa

"Great Food, Great Venue".  "Thanks for hosting us".  Those were the comments heard from attendees at the Senior Roundtable held at Our Lady of Fatima Villa on January 21.  It was a full house, the largest attendance in some time for the monthly meeting.  A full breakfast was served...eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, juices, coffee, breakfast breads...and it was delicious!

The speaker was Jaime Fearer who spoke on Vision Zero: How Seniors Play an Important Role in New Goals for Traffic Safety
