Our Lady of Fatima Villa CEO Bella Mahoney shared photos from her humanitarian mission delivering hospital beds to a senior center in Brazil at the monthly "Tea with Bella". Residents enjoyed sharing the trip through the images that showed waterfalls, Maachu Pichu, Rio de Janeiro and the colorful countryside and people they Team met along the way.

It is a wonderful event when one of our residents celebrates any birthday...but especially when that birthday is #100! Mildred Penrod celebrated her 100th birthday on February 23 with family and friends at Our Lady of Fatima Villa. Congratulations MIldred!

Francke, Rotary's Assistant District Governor for the area in Brazil where our CEO Bella Mahoney and the Medical Mission Team visited, praised the Team, "We are happy to know that persons exist who share love and caring with others." Her sentiments seem to sum up what many appreciative people felt about the Team's trip to deliver hospital beds to a senior center in Caconde, Brazil.

We believe every day is Valentine's at Our Lady of Fatima Villa. On February 14, residents and their families were treated to a special Valentine's lunch prepared by Chef Jose Duenas and his staff. Grilled Salmon with Hollandaise, Black Forest Ham, Roasted Vegetables, Rice Pilaf...and a special Belgian Chocolate Heart topped off the lunch. Our Lady of Fatima Villa is known for its fabulous cuisine that rivals any restaurant!

Brazilian Isaías Eliseu da Silva thanked the entire Medical Mission Team, headed by CEO Bella Mahoney, " It was a wonderful experience with those lovely friends from America! Thank you, fellows!". She was one of many who thanked the group for bringing hospital beds to a senior facility in Brazil.

The Medical Mission Team headed by Our Lady of Fatima Villa CEO Bella Mahoney is headed home after delivering much need hospital beds to Caconde, Brazil. A wonderful accomplishment and this trip underscores Rotary's commitment to Service Above Self. Well done Team!

The members of the Rotary Club of Caconde, Brazil gathered to honor the team from Saratoga Rotary, led by Saratoga Rotary International Chair (and Our Lady of Fatima Villa CEO) Bella Mahoney at a lunch. The Club also placed a plaque in the Senior Center where the team delivered hospital beds.
