How Do You Make the Decision to Move to Assisted Living?

The decision for you or a loved on to move to assisted living can bea tough one.  Often it is a fine line from living independently to needing help with activities of daily living.  I found with my mom that a checklist helped, rather than introducing a vague concept that she "needed help".  Our Lady of Fatima Villa has compiled a checklist to help families begin a discussion based on facts.  If you would like to receive this document, please call 408-741-2950 and ask for Dave Santos.  Reference "Signs Your Loved One May Need Assisted Living".
