Pigs at the Saratoga City Council Meeting? Well, sort of -- staff from Our Lady of Fatima Villa showed up in bright pink t-shirts to promote the upcoming Royal Pig Derby and Pampered Pig Stampede at the Saratoga City Council meeting. The Council gave the Fatima Villa a gracious welcome!

Susanne Karlak, a well-known West Coast photographer, will be exhibiting a selection of her photograhs at Our Lady of Fatima Villa The exhibit will be in place for the upcoming Pampered Pig Stampede and Royal Pig Derbym both to be held on June 27th.

CFO Micaela Parsons was sure proud when she attend the annual meeting of Guardian Comp in Monterey. The Worker's Compensation Insurance provider awarded Our Lady of Fatima Villa four distinguished awards honoring patient and staff safety. And for the first time in its history, Guardian Comp awarded one facility three major awards! Guardian Comp awarded Our Lady of Fatima Villa four distinguished awards: 1) Lowest 3 year lost time incidence rate 2) 3 - Years Zero Lost Time Claims 3) Most improved experience MOD 4) Lowest 3 year incidence rate

Our Lady of Fatima Villa is proud to be the major sponsor of the Saratoga Rotary Art Show. We hosted a booth that gave show-goers a chance to win a piggy bank ifi they were able to land a hoop over one of a group of piggy banks. It was a wonderful game enjoyed by kids of all ages! Through the game, Fatima Villa promoted its upcoming Pampered Pig Extravaganzas comingup on June 27th.

Hard to believe that Elvis would be 80 years old this year! Our residents turned back the clock and enjoyed music, singing and a little dancing as a would-be-Elvis visited our campus. Thanks to Activity Director Red Concepcion, our residents are well-entertained!

Director of Admissions, Dave Santos, presented Bishop Patrick McGrath a bright pink t-shirt promoting the Pampered Pig Stampede and Royal Pig Derby, both to be held on June 27th. The Bishop will make his annuals visit to Our Lady of Fatima this summer.

Our Lady of Fatima Villa sent forty clad-in-pink- participants to the annual Catholic Charities 5K/10K Spring Forward Fundraiser. Said President and CEO Bella Mahoney (who talked 10 miles, not 10K!), "We believe in supporting our community, and this worthwhile annual event." The team was outfitted in bright fuschia t-shirts promoting the upcoming June 27th Pampered Pig Events. The event is already half sold out, and tickets have been on sale only 2 weeks!

It sure didn't take long for children with baskets in hand to collect Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday at Our Lady of Fatima Villa. Lots of laughing and happy exclamations as the eggs were fouund. Thanks to the Saratoga Interact Club for their help on the event!

It's going to be a lot of fun and you and your good-sported friends can join us on Saturday, June 27th for our Very Pampered Royal Pig Derby. Our pigs are pampered, in fact, they are spoiled! They travel in their own heated and air-conditioned trailer and their favorite snack is chocolate chip cookies. The Very Pampered Royal Pig Derby will start at 6pm and there will be delicious appetizers, a gourmet sit-down dinner, wine and a lot of fun. The pigs promise to put on quite a show!
