This Privacy Statement sets out the privacy practices for the OLFVF with respect to the Personal Data we obtain from and about individuals interacting with the Site and is incorporated into its Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Statement does not apply to OLFVF employees or to other interactions with OLFVF outside of the Site.

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide it to us and when you visit our website certain information is automatically collected from you. The types of Personal Data we may collect from you include:

  • Financial and payment details (for gifts).

Our Site automatically receives certain traffic information, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses and other numeric codes used to identify a computer, and cookies. This information is collected to help us improve the Site and the services we offer. We do not use this data for any other purpose, and also do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

  • Receive gifts from you and other donors;
  • Disburse funds from OLFVF to our affiliated charities;
  • Manage investments related to our mission;
  • Respond to your inquiries and/or requests;

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms and agreements with you.

Protecting OLFVF’s Legal Interests

We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We do not sell or share your information other than as described in this policy or with service providers that we believe will respect your Personal Data as set forth in this Privacy Statement. For example, OLFVF uses a service provider to host and run the Site, and they can see OLFVF’s web traffic details (such as your IP address). Also, if you fill out the Donation form on the Site, and click “Donate” – that information will go to a form hosted by PayPal to complete the payment process, and PayPal will have access to the donation form information. You will have to log in to PayPal to complete the donation. You can contact OLFVF directly to make a donation directly by filling out the contact form and someone will get back to you.

Protection of rights

We may transfer information to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, including our employees, contractors and agents, when we are required or permitted to do so by law.

At your request

We may transfer information to a third party with your consent to do so.
