Helping those that cannot help themselves has been the philosophy of the Dominican Sisters since 1866. Our Lady of Fatima Villa follows that tradition.
Healthcare is expensive. Even when a family has carefully planned, the cost of long term care is out of reach for many. It is because of our tradition of caring that Our Lady of Fatima Villa has established a foundation to help those in need of financial assistance.
Every one of God’s children should have a loving place. Our Lady of Fatima Villa is a place that not only meets the healthcare needs of seniors, but also replenishes the spirit.

Gifts of Cash can be made now or pledged over a number of years (not to exceed five years).

Credit Card charges can be authorized for a one-time gift or for periodic payments over a pledge period. We can accept charges on MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities qualify for federal and state tax deductions for the value of the securities at the time of the gift, and allow the donor to avoid tax on capital gains. Stock transfers can be made directly to Our Lady of Fatima Villa’s Foundation Account. Please inform the Business Office when transferring stock to our Foundation Account. We want to be sure your gift is received and promptly acknowledged.

Gifts of Marketable Real Property qualify for federal and state tax deductions for the value of the property at the time of transfer to Our Lady of Fatima Villa, and allow the donor to avoid any tax on capital gains. Our Lady of Fatima Villa will sell the property and use the proceeds to continue the tradition of caring established by the Dominican Sisters.

Bequests, Charitable Remainder Trusts or Other Planned Gifts all enable donors to make both current and future commitments to the tradition of caring at Our Lady of Fatima Villa. Information on alternatives is available by talking with the Chief Executive Officer to assist with your decision on an estate gift.
