The smaller size community is perfect for those looking to make new friends, without the overwhelming emotion of learning a large building. With 37 assisted living apartments, personal attention is in abundance.

Meals
Dining Room. Our Lady of Fatima shall provide three (3) nutritionally balanced
meals per day in the Community’s dining room and snacks as needed. Our Lady of
Fatima shall provide alternate meals or diets which can be prepared and served
by the Community’s regular kitchen staff.
Tray Service. Our Lady of Fatima will deliver meals to your Unit during an
illness, without charge on a limited basis.
Guests. You may invite guests to regular meals and to special meals as
space allows.

Cleaning Services
Laundry. Our Lady of Fatima provides regular laundry services for your bed and
bath linens, included in your Monthly Fee. In addition, Our Lady of Fatima will
provide personal laundry service once a week.
Housekeeping. Our Lady of Fatima includes regular weekly housekeeping
services in your Monthly Fee.
Transportation and activities
Transportation. Our Lady of Fatima will assist you with arranging
transportation to local medical and dental appointments.
Planned Activities. Our Lady of Fatima shall make available to you planned
social and recreational activities and events, using its staff, volunteer
resident coordinators, and community resources. Our Lady of Fatima shall also
supervise your schedules and activities. Most of the planned activities will be
included in your Monthly Fee, but some events may involve an additional cost
Additional Care
Emergency Care If Our Lady of Fatima becomes aware of an emergency,
a staff member will respond and contact “911” emergency services if the staff
member deems it appropriate. Our Lady of Fatima will attempt to contact your
personal physician, if practicable. Staff will endeavor to give the paramedics a
copy of any advance health care directive that you give to Our Lady of Fatima
Private Duty Personnel. If you require home health agency personnel or hospice
or other outside assistance, Our Lady of Fatima will assist you in accessing
these services.
